Where New Life is Honored and Mothers are Held.
Holistic Postpartum Doula Support in Northern Utah and Southern Idaho.
Birth is not the end of the journey— It’s the beginning of your transformation.
Feel deeply supported as you step into this new chapter.
Intentional Care from a Postpartum Doula
A postpartum doula is a dedicated guide, caregiver, and witness—someone who holds space for your healing, your story, and your transformation during the fourth trimester.
This isn’t just support—it’s a reclamation of the way mothers have been cared for across generations and cultures.
Why It Matters
In many traditional cultures, mothers are cared for, fed, and protected for the first 30–40 days after giving birth. These practices aren’t luxuries—they’re necessities. They honor the profound transformation of birth and help prevent depletion, overwhelm, and postpartum complications.
Let’s bring that wisdom back.
Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, whether you birthed at home or in the hospital—Your experience matters, and you deserve to be cared for.
Postpartum care isn’t about doing things the “right” way. It’s about being held, witnessed and nourished as you navigate one of life’s most profound transitions.
Every mother deserves rest. Every story deserves reverence.
Here’s what postpartum doula support looks like
Your baby being cared for while you shower or rest, a warm meal on the stove, laundry folded, space to share your birth story, a foot soak while you nurse your baby. The support you deserve in this tender time.
We hired Amber for 6 visits. Each visit was just what we needed. We received care, education, and support beyond what we expected. As first time parents, her services were in valuable. Amber listened to us and instinctively knew what we needed. She never forced anything on us. Instead, she suggested tasks she could do with confidence and care and delivered just what we needed. As a new mother, I thoroughly enjoyed being pampered and the closing ceremony she delivered was everything I did not know I needed. We only wish she could stay with us longer through this journey. We miss her already!

Absolutely. Every postpartum experience is different, regardless of how many children you’ve had. Your needs, your birth story, your healing—all of it is valid and deserving of support. Whether it’s your first or fifth, you deserve to be held.

Care is centered on the mother— because when the mother is supported, the whole family benefits. I also offer partner guidance, sibling support, and gentle education to help the household adjust and thrive.

Each visit is tailored to you. It may include warm meals, herbal foot soaks or baths, womb massage, breastfeeding support, emotional holding, ensuring your ability to sleep or bathe, light housework, baby care, guidance on newborn development, and more. I begin each session by checking in on what you need most that day.
